What is your return policy?

Items received by customer in good condition
Any item may be returned within 30 days from date you receive it for a refund of the price of purchase. We do not refund the shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. Call us at 440-205-1305 or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions on how and where to return the item. You are responsible for paying all shipping prices to return the items to the address we specify. We recommend insuring each package that you send against damage during shipment. You will receive credit only when your item is received in original condition, free of scratches, dents and any other form of damage, complete in original packaging at the address that we specify. 

Items received by customer in damaged condition
If your shipment arrives and the box is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and do not accept the damaged package and then contact us immediately. If you find that an item is damaged after you open the packaging, you must retain the packaging as proof that the item was damaged during shipment and call us at 440-205-1305 or email us. We will happily and immediately ship you a replacement at no cost to you. We will give you instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which may entail returning the item to us at no cost to you.

What are your shipping and handling policies?

Order Processing
Orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together. We reserve the right to change the shipping method if necessary.

Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States
Standard shipping is by UPS Ground Service, DHL Ground Service or the U.S. Postal Service. Depending on destination location, shipping times usually range from 1 to 6 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the current rates for the carrier based on your location. 

Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States
Shipping costs outside the 48 contiguous United States are determined by current rates for the carrier based on your location. Shipments can be made to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes; however, processing may take an additional 7 to 10 days. 

Shipments can also be made to the following other countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Venezuela. The customer will be responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes that may be due for orders shipped internationally. We do not estimate or quote the cost of import duties and taxes for international orders.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received it for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please see our Return Policy below.
